- HIPAA-oriented Case Management: Microsoft
Word or the built-in Quick Note editor can be used for case information. A HIPAA-oriented
permission scheme offers a fine level of control over Medical, Drug Testing and Mental
Health tagged content. Info Tech users, for example, can have complete control over
the program while
being denied access to regulated content.
- Event Management: Random drug tests may be
scheduled automatically (in conformance with your rules) or by explicit action. Events
can be for individuals or groups, may be recurring or one time, and can be grouped into
curriculums to which clients can be assigned. And bar codes make attendance taking a
snap!
- Leverages the Web: Attendee Information Manager utilizes TrackMyResults to automate laboratory drug testing (e.g., test orders and results electronically sent to and from labs). Attendee Information Manager users may also log into their account on TrackMyResults from any Web browser to securely view and analyze all of their drug testing results. TrackMyResults also enables Attendee Information Manager to automatically send on-site positives to labs for confirmation testing and to allow MRO’s to securely review lab results online.
- Extensive Client Information: Comprehensive
client information is available: demographic, employment, criminal history, and education
data, photos, SMT, testing results, attendance, risk level, client & supervisory
contact info, referring agency, and even more.
- Enhanced Drug Testing Chain of Custody:
: From collection through analysis and everywhere in between AIM keeps an audit trail of specimen movement and test results. Digital signatures, date and time are unalterably recorded.
- Results: Results from Sageful Lab Partners
can be quickly and accurately imported with a single mouse click and for select Varian,
Inc. onsite devices, result recognition and entry is automated (not yet FDA approved).
- Alerts: Whenever a critical event occurs—a
positive, refusal to test, etc.—an
Alert is automatically sent to one or more recipients who can handle their
Alerts immediately or set reminders for later. The criteria that trigger
Alerts and the recipients who receive them are controllable by the user. Alerts
can play a critical role in bridging the information void that often exists
between organizations as they can be simultaneously sent to Attendee Information
Manager users and non-users. And since Alerts always create audit trails, the
accountability of recipients, inside and outside the organization, is enhanced.
- Reports: Though many operational reports are
standard , users can customize or add their own using Crystal Report templates. Reports
can automatically run based on time of day or chain of custody events (eg, printing
consent form after client submits e-signature).
